After your demo we set up a free trial for your team, with Plus features for your employees. No card is required. We email you before the trial ends, and we help you choose the bundle that fits.
Every account is priced for its team. Your quote depends on the bundle you choose, any modules you add and the number of employees on your payroll. We send you a quote after your demo. Billing period agreed with you.
Any employee with status "active" in your account at the time of billing. Terminated employees and employees whose status is "on leave" are not counted.
Core, Plus and Complete have no plan employee limit, so adding employees never stops a payroll run: you pay for each active employee. Team members and companies are set by your plan. If you reach that limit, SpireSlip tells you when you try to add one, and you can move to a plan that allows more or contact us.
No. SpireSlip uses your own payment provider to transfer salaries, so your funds go straight from your payment provider to each employee's bank account without ever passing through us.
SpireSlip computes PAYE under NRS rules, pension under PenCom rules, NSITF, NHF, and ITF. We update every rate as soon as NRS or PenCom publishes new figures.
No. SpireSlip prepares the schedules for each run, including a PAYE schedule and a pension schedule grouped by PFA. You submit them and pay the agencies yourself.
Yes. Accounting firms run payroll for every client company from one login, with one bill for the companies they manage. The Complete bundle also covers several companies for in-house finance teams.
Yes. Bank account numbers are masked in the interface, provider API keys are encrypted at rest, and every page is served over HTTPS with strict tenant isolation between customers.
Payroll and payslip records are kept as Nigerian tax rules require. Before you cancel, you can export your employee, payroll and filing records, and we will help you do it.
